Main Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including document control and correspondence.
- Support HR and accounting departments with data entry, contracts, and reports.
- Assist in communication between Portuguese- and Ukrainian-speaking employees.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and procurement documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and Ukrainian (mandatory).
- Good level of English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in administration, construction, or HR is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
