On June 1st, a new and exciting restaurant will open in the heart of Tórshavn.
Tubbak is a new and unique restaurant concept that combines high‑quality grilled dishes with modern sushi inspired by South America and Asia. The dining experience will be truly special – with creative sharing plates and cocktails, live music, exciting events, and a show bar at the center.
About the Position
As Sous Chef, you will be part of a passionate team were, together with our skilled Head Chef, you will have daily responsibility for the kitchen.
You will coordinate staff schedules, manage purchasing of goods, and ensure a high level of quality.

- Are well organized and able to maintain an overview, even under pressure
