On June 1st, an exciting new restaurant will open in the heart of Tórshavn.
Do you have an interest in wine, cocktails, and service? We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager who thrives with responsibility and has strong leadership abilities.
Tubbak is a new and unique restaurant concept that combines high‑quality grilled dishes with modern sushi inspired by South America and Asia. The dining experience will be truly special – with creative sharing plates and cocktails, live music, exciting events, and a show bar at the center.
About the Position
As part of the management team at Tubbak, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager.
The position includes:
- Ensuring high quality and service in the restaurant
- Creating staff schedules
- Handling purchasing of goods
- Training new staff
- Being active and visible in daily operations
You
want to influence, take responsibility, and can motivate colleagues.
In addition, we expect that you:
- Have experience in the service industry – leadership experience is an advantage but not required
- Are well organized and able to maintain an overview, even under pressure
- Enjoy communicating with guests and understand the importance of good service
- Thrive in a lively environment where no two days are the same
- Are 18 years or older, as you will be serving alcohol
