On June 1st, an exciting new restaurant will open in the heart of Tórshavn.
Tubbak is a new and unique restaurant concept that combines high‑quality grilled dishes with modern sushi inspired by South America and Asia. The dining experience will be truly special – with creative shared plates and cocktails, live music, exciting events, and a show bar in the center.
About the Job
As a bartender at Tubbak, your task will be to provide excellent service and guide our guests through our large selection of beverages. In addition, you will create innovative and creative cocktails and serve selected wines that complement the different dishes. The beverages include innovative cocktails, high‑quality wines, a large selection of beer, as well as non‑alcoholic drinks.

We expect that you:
- Enjoy communicating with guests and understand how important good service is
- Are well organized and able to maintain an overview, even under pressure
- Are positive, reliable, and thrive in a lively environment
- Work well in a team and are ready to help wherever needed
- Are 18 years or older, as you will be serving alcohol

Employment Terms
Terms follow The Faroese Workers´Union & the Faroese employers´ association for work on hotels, guest houses and restaurants.
