A new, exciting, and multifaceted position is now available at the brand-new simulation centre of Atlantic Airways, the Atlantic Airways Aviation Academy (AAAA). If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, are well-organized, and outgoing, you might be the person we’re looking for. Good sales skills are also critical.
Together with the rest of the team, you will shape and develop a new international workplace. Among other duties, you will welcome customers, becoming one of the faces representing the academy. Additionally, you will play a key role in sales activities and follow up on offers, training, etc.
In close collaboration with the Head of Training (HoT) and the FSTD manager, you will manage and lead daily operations to ensure AAAA always complies with all regulatory requirements.
The Position
This is a varied and challenging role where you will shape daily operations and related tasks with the rest of the team at AAAA.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive sales, providing offers, and following up on offers
- Managing the booking system
- Communicating with customers and handling all practical matters related to training
- Collaborating with the rest of the team regarding regulatory requirements from the competent authority/ Trafikstyrelsen
- Ensuring all legally required documents are in order concerning training
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed according to authority requirements

- You are passionate about sales and have a good sales instinct
- You are proactive, flexible, and have good collaboration skills
- You work in an organized manner, have a good overview, and pay attention to details
- You have good written and spoken English skills

Employment
Salary and employment terms by agreement. The position will be filled as soon as possible. The workplace is at the new AAAA simulator centre at the airport.
The Administrative Coordinator reports to Jóhanna á Bergi, CEO, and Hans Erik Jakobsen, Head of Training. A clean criminal record and meeting standard security requirements for airports, including a five-year background check of your CV, are mandatory.
